Offering a variety of weekly group rides on the island of New Providence, Enjoy Cycling Club is a great way to get fit and have fun. Contact us for more details or feel free to show up at any of our meeting points:
WEEKDAY RIDES EAST
- Tuesdays & Thursdays leaving 4:45 am sharp from Sea Grapes Shopping Centre, East Prince Charles Drive. This ride is a 17-mile loop to the Hilton Hotel and back again (Both bridges are sometimes incorporated depending on available time). Open to riders capable of 18 mph + for 1 hour. Lights are essential.
WEEKDAY RIDES WEST
- Wednesdays & Fridays leaving 4:45am sharp from Fidelity Bank Parking Lot (opposite Cable Beach Police Station), West Bay St. This ride is @ a 20 mile loop. The route is varied. Open to riders capable of 18 mph + for 1 hr. Lights are essential. Contact Shantell 557-3635 to confirm your attendance. - email@example.com
Tuesdays & Thursdays leaving 5pm sharp from Old Fort Shopping Center east of Solomon's Fresh Market. Intermediate Riders 17-22mph -see Spyda This ride is @18miles - (Faster group leaves North Side Lyford Cay roundabout Recommended for Strong Riders capable of 20mph+ for 1-1.5hrs. (@23 miles) Lights are essential. There is also an intermediate level ride (18-22mph). See Spida once you are there!
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 leaving from the Lyford Cay Hospital parking lot (top of the hill, across from the Templeton building).
- Saturdays: 43 mile loop headed west at a pace of 18-25+mph for 2-1/2hour duration. Recommended for intermediate to strong cyclists. Leaving 6am sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre (in front of First Caribbean Bank near Starbuck's Coffee). Cyclists are also invited to join along the route.
Sundays: 40-50 mile loop headed east at a pace of 18-20+ph for 3-3.5 hour duration. Recommended for intermediate to strong cyclists. Leaving 6am sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre (near Starbucks). Cyclists are also invited to join along the route.
