FAST RIDES STARTING WEST

Saturday’s

@ 6:30am, Wendy's west (Sandyport). Westbound

West ride can be from 3 to 4 riders to 15 depending who comes out.

Speeds from warm up, start around 16mph to 19mph, and then they average about from about 20 to 24, and up, at times, there are sprints.

(this is an everyman for himself ride) so being dropped is cautioned!

This is the 30 mile ride.

Sunday’s

@ 6:30am, Wendy's west (Sandyport). Eastbound

West ride is usually always bigger group mixed leisure/race, 10 riders +.

Speeds for warm up are around 14 to 18, and then pick up from there, into the 20's, with a few quick sprints up to 30-35

The group has slow down spots for those dropped to catch back. The latter 15 miles of the ride becomes more of a man for himself, but there is always re-grouping.

This is a 50 mile ride.

     2.  Wear a helmet.
